The process of requesting a background check.

1. The employer will request a back ground check on a care provider by clicking on the background check link.   In order to proceed with the background check, the employer needs the completed release form from the potiential employee.
2. Consents will be signed electronically.
3. The completed background check will be sent to Nannies Amore.com administration within 2-3 business days.
4. Then it will be sent to the care provider via email.  It is up to the care provider to release the background check to the employer.  Care providers need to be cautious to whom they release this sensitive information to.
5.  Note:  If you requested a background check on an individual, and have not received results in a timely fashion, this may indicate that you may not want to hire them.  The  individual that you wanted to hire may have results on the check  he/she may not want you to see.
